The Hudson School District is seeking an Associate Principal at the Early Learning Center (Library Street School (Kindergarten) and Dr. H.O. Smith School (First Grade)) starting in July 2025. This is a full time, year round position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Principal in developing the school’s philosophy and goals in conjunction with district goals and community expectations.
- Provide guidance to teachers in the establishment and implementation of their own professional goals.
- Assist in the hiring of all staff members.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning for all students.
- Develop a culture that focuses on collaboration, collegiality and student achievement within the school.
- Communicate a clear vision for the school that involves the entire community.
- Ensure the safety and security of all students and staff.
Qualifications:
- Current NH Principal certification.
- Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
- Masters degree
Compensation: Elementary Principal salary range of $85,708 to $100,000 in accordance with the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement located on Hudson School District website.
